Hepatocellular cancer. Current trends and the results in surgical treatment

Aim. To analyze the results of a multidisciplinary approach to treatment patients with hepatocellular cancer in oncology clinic. Materials and Methods. Results. The overall five- ten-year survival resection was 51.4% 31.1% respectively. poor prognostic factors following age >70 years (p = 0.03), postoperative complications 0.04), lymph node metastases 0.01), body mass index >30 kg/m2 0.045). Complications that developed (microwave) 5.1% 5.8%. Within 90 days resection, three (1.1%) died. 18 (24.3%) cases during same period. With measuring ≤3 cm, five-year 36.8% 35% neoplasms 3–5 best (44.1%). fiveyear 11.5%. No or deaths resulted from transplantation. an average follow-up period 12.5 months, none experienced disease recurrence Conclusion. Using clinic improves treating cancer.
